She's really beautiful! I love her face and the tail especially. And only 17 colors!

My only CC would be to make her pop more, especially on the dA gray background (although then it wouldn't be 17 colors...). I think she'd be fab with a background with teal and coral/orange/pink colored fishes and sea weed

To make her stand out more!
